Piracy Notice, Official Waiver, Release of Liability

Piracy Notice

I acknowledge that all forms, PDF files, videos, and information shared with me in the group by my coach/leader or participants will not be redistributed, shared, shown, rebroadcast, recorded, or copied in any way unless express written consent has been given by the administrator of “The 40 Days Turn Up,” “Journey 3.0,” and “40 Days with Dr. Joe.”

Failure to adhere will result in removal and potential legal action from “40 Days with Dr. Joe.”

All materials provided are owned and trademarked by “40 Days with Dr. Joe.”

 

Official Waiver

In exchange for participation, Truth Knowledge and Light, represented by Dr. Joseph L. Williams, agrees to furnish confidential information about ideas, programs, and interests under the following conditions:

1. The undersigned agrees to hold confidential or proprietary information or trade secrets ("confidential information") in trust and confidence, and agrees that it shall be used only for the contemplated purposes, and shall not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to any third party.

2. No copies will be made or retained of any written information or prototypes supplied without the permission of Truth Knowledge and Light, Dr. Joseph L. Williams.

3. After any discussions, or upon demand by Truth Knowledge and Light, Dr. Joseph L. Williams, all confidential information, including prototypes, written notes, photographs, sketches, models, memoranda, or notes taken, shall be returned to Truth Knowledge and Light, Dr. Joseph L. Williams.

4. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any employee, consultant, or third party unless they agree to execute and be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and have been approved by Truth Knowledge and Light, Dr. Joseph L. Williams.


5. This Agreement and its validity, construction, and effect shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

6. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by TKL Productions, Dr. Joseph L. Williams, or the employees, representatives, or agents of TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams.

7. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams or other third parties.

 

Release of Liability

*READ CAREFULLY - THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS*

In exchange for participation in the activities of Operation Butterfly, I Am Legend, or The Journey organized by TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams ("TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams"), located at 2283 Baker Rd, Atlanta, Georgia, 30318, and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:

3. I agree to indemnify and defend TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams.

4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of TKL Productions, Salem Bible Church, and Dr. Joseph L. Williams caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

5. Any legal or equitable claim arising from participation in the above activities shall be resolved under Georgia law.
